We should not request information that is not reasonably needed for a stated product purpose.

Information may be used to manage the First 50 waitlist, communicate product access, provide tender analysis and decision support, improve workflows, respond to support requests, prevent misuse and meet applicable obligations.

Information submitted for analysis may be processed by software and AI service providers to produce Bid/No-Bid decision support. Tender Pilot should disclose the specific production providers, controls and data-use settings before launch. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed by the user.

The website currently uses Zoho CRM for waitlist management and Vercel for hosting, analytics and performance insights. Additional processors must be listed after the production architecture is confirmed. Those providers handle information under their own terms and the agreements in place with Tender Pilot.

The website may use essential technologies and privacy-conscious analytics to understand page use and important interactions.

Information should be shared only with authorized personnel, service providers supporting the service, or authorities where legally required. Tender Pilot does not state that it sells personal information.

Information should be retained only as long as needed for its purpose and applicable obligations.

Tender Pilot is designing for data minimization, access control and secure handling. No certification or audit is claimed. Security measures will be documented as they are implemented and verified.

Depending on applicable law, people may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, and may withdraw marketing consent. Requests are subject to identity verification and lawful exceptions.
