By accessing Tender Pilot, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.

Tender Pilot provides tender information tools and AI-assisted Bid/No-Bid decision support for construction businesses. Features may be released gradually, changed or withdrawn during early access.

You are responsible for accurate registration information, protecting access credentials and activity under your account. Early access may be limited to invited users and specific testing cohorts.

You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or malicious material, infringe third-party rights, or use output to evade procurement rules.

You remain responsible for verifying tender documents, addenda, eligibility, deadlines, submission instructions and legal or professional requirements with the procuring entity or official source.

Opportunity information may originate from public or third-party sources. Tender Pilot does not control those sources and does not guarantee that their information, availability or links are complete, current or error-free.

Bid/No-Bid recommendations are decision support, not guarantees. They do not guarantee procurement compliance, eligibility, tender success, award, contractor selection or any procurement outcome. Users must apply their own judgment.

Tender Pilot and its original software, design and content remain the property of the relevant rights holder. You retain rights in material you lawfully submit and grant the permissions reasonably needed to process it for the service.

Early-access services may be interrupted and are not offered with an uptime guarantee unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. We may change features or these terms with reasonable notice where appropriate.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tender Pilot is not responsible for procurement decisions, missed deadlines, unsuccessful bids, indirect loss or reliance on unverified output.
